We examined Ms. Ryan’s garage door system and found that several rollers had come off of the tracks, hence the issue. Further inspection by clamping the door, and opening the tracks, revealed that debris from the nearby trees and other materials had clogged up the track enough to force the rollers out. Our team removed the debris and returned the rollers inside the track.
