The customer’s door got stuck in a half-open position, and wouldn’t move upward or downward from there.
Our Solution:
Our team looked at Ms. Bromm’s opener first. Finding no problems, we disconnected it and examined the door mechanism, where a jam was discovered courtesy of a broken hinge and a damaged panel. We then removed the panel causing the holdup, and replaced it and the broken hinge in a follow up appointment.
